Help Catch A Poodle Abuser!

A woman allegedly threw a white toy poodle from her car on a Long Island highway is wanted by authorities for animal abuse.

There was an eye witness who told officers that he saw a woman in her 30s throw a tiny white dog from her sedan. Roy Gross, chief of the Suffolk County SPCA, said that the witness then tried to catch her by boxing her in with his car and so he could “give her a piece of his mind.”

While it wasn’t immediately clear if the small white car was moving when the dog was thrown, the witness did tell officials that he did see four young children sitting in the back seat and an older child sitting in the passenger seat.

The witness said she was driving a white, small four-door sedan, possibly a Volkswagen, which was caught on surveillance cameras as she fled the scene.

The witness discribed the driver as an Hispanic female with brown straight hair, a small lip piercing in her lower lip and a tattoo of a name written in script on the right side of her neck.
